Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. We are primary healthcare contacts. We assess, diagnose, and treat mechanical issues directly. If your structural audit reveals something outside our scope (e.g., fractures or infection), we will refer you to the appropriate specialist immediately.

This is a mechanical assessment. We need to see how the chassis moves. Wear gym kit—shorts and a t-shirt (or sports bra). Jeans and restrictive work clothes prevent accurate diagnosis.
-
We do not sell lengthy, expensive care plans. We work to a specific mechanical result. Some issues resolve in under 6 sessions; chronic structural shifts may take longer. We will give you a projected timeline during the initial audit. The goal is to get you independent of us, not dependent on us.
-
Realigning a seized mechanism can cause temporary discomfort, similar to a deep tissue workout. It is functional discomfort, not injury pain. We work with the nervous system, not against it. If you are looking for a relaxing spa massage, this is not that.

We are registered with most major providers. Alternatively, we provide full receipts for "Pay and Claim" policies. Please check your excess and coverage before booking.

It is not bones rubbing together. It is a release of gas (cavitation) from the joint capsule when pressure is released—similar to opening a can of sparkling water. It is an auditory side effect of restoring motion, not the primary goal.
