Who we help

Built for people who don't want to stop

Most clinics tell active people the same thing: rest, ease off, come back in six weeks. That's not a plan — it's a pause. MotionFix exists for people who train frequently and need the problem actually fixed, not managed around. We work with lifters, runners, cyclists and anyone whose week falls apart when their body does.

The method

How we work — three steps, no guesswork

01

Assess

A full structural and movement assessment. We map the whole kinetic chain to find the actual driver of your pain — not just the spot that hurts.

02

Recalibrate

An integrated reset using chiropractic adjustment, medical dry needling, myofascial release and functional stretching — matched to what your body needs.

03

Maintain

A clear plan to keep you moving: load management, targeted work and a maintenance strategy so the problem stays fixed.

Common questions

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
No. You can book directly with MotionFix — no GP referral is needed for private chiropractic care. If you plan to claim on insurance, check whether your policy requires a referral first.
What happens at my first appointment?
A 60-minute initial consultation: full history, a structural and movement assessment to find the cause of your problem, a clear explanation, and first treatment where appropriate. You leave with a plan and a realistic timeline.
How much does it cost?
Initial consultation is £95 (60 minutes) and follow-up treatments are £70 (30 minutes). Payment is taken at your appointment, with no packages or lock-ins.
Is chiropractic treatment safe?
For mechanical problems, chiropractic care is a well-established, low-risk option when delivered by a registered practitioner. Owain Evans is GCC-registered and a BCA Fellow, and every patient is screened during assessment.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the problem, but we work in short, defined courses — not open-ended plans. You'll get an honest estimate after your assessment.
