What we treat
Hip & joint pain treatment in Elephant & Castle, London
Hip and knee pain that flares with training, stairs or sitting is usually mechanical — and movement, loaded correctly, is part of the solution.

Why joints hurt
Joint pain in the hips and knees often comes from how load is distributed: restricted movement above or below, weak control around the joint, or early osteoarthritic change that's sensitive to how — and how much — it's loaded. The joint isn't 'worn out'; it's overloaded in a way it can adapt out of.
How we treat joint pain
We assess the joint and everything that feeds it, restore movement where it's restricted, settle the irritated tissue, and build a loading plan the joint can tolerate and progress. For osteoarthritis, appropriate movement and strength are among the most effective things you can do.
Keep moving
Rest rarely fixes a joint and often makes it stiffer and weaker. The plan keeps you active within the right limits.
